Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers:

   • Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase without providing a reason within 14 days after the effective delivery of the products.
   • To initiate the withdrawal, the consumer must send an unequivocal statement to the seller, where the standard withdrawal form can be used.

2. Conditions for Withdrawal:

   • During the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle the products with care and may only unpack them to the extent necessary to decide whether to keep them.
   • When returning, the products should (if reasonably possible) be returned in their original state and packaging.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

   • Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.

4. Exemptions to the Right of Withdrawal:

   • Products that spoil quickly, customized products, or products with a broken seal after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
